We are currently seeking the following additions to our team. 

Software Engineers

We are looking for engineers qualified to a degree level to join our "Tech Team" in Congleton. 70% of your focus will be on motion and drive software development for our OEM and System Integrators customers both he the UK and abroad. Ideally you will have prior experience in the programming and configuration of motion controls, PLC and servo drives. 30% of your focus will be on the development and demonstration of our equipment and solutions in a pre-sales capacity, advising both our sales teams and customers alike.

Competitive salary depending on experience and capability, plus Car or allowance, private medical & travel and bonus scheme up to 15% of salary awarded PA.

Engineers will be based at out office in Congleton. Whilst there is scope for home working, we would not want any engineers to have to commute over 1 hour to the office.

Electrical Design Engineer

We are looking for engineers qualified to a degree or HND level to join our 8 strong "Tech Team" in Congleton.

Ideally you will have prior experience in electrical design both at a panel and site level together with integration skills and experience with PLC, drives and of motion controls. As a Siemens partner, knowledge of Simatic software for the PLC and HMI would be of benefit.

Preferred degree / HND would be in Electrical & Electronics, Mechatraonics.

Graduate Engineer - Office Based

We seek soon to qualify and newly qualified electrical engineering graduates to join our "Tech Team" in Congleton. You will be involved in the innovation and development of everything from productions machines to the movement of stage machinery in Las Vegas.

Qualified to degree or post graduate level, candidates should be willing to learn and to take responsibility quickly.

Starting salary of £18,000 - 22,000 and attractive bonus is available.

Under Graduate  - Summer Placement

We are looking for under graduate electrical / electronics engineers to join us for the summer of 2008. We can offer you a great insight into the world of automation and control to help you make decisions for your future career. We get to work with new talent who might one day form part of the progressive team at HMK.

Salary of £1,050 per month

Hours of work - 8-5 ( 4 days a week ) and 8 - 3 on a Friday.

Holidays - 24 plus stats, plus an extra day for every 5 years of service.
